CONTACT DETAILS FOR THE EAST SUSSEX WHEELCHAIR SERVICE
Wheelchair and special seating service

The services provides wheelchairs and special seating to children and adults from the age of approximately 30 months through all age groups to the end of life. The aim of the service is to provide short distance mobility and improve functional independence for individuals.

Where is the service based?
Conquest Hospital and Eastbourne DGH Tel:01323 413798
Approved Repairer service - Monday to Friday - 8.00am to 5.00pm. 01323 847250
Emergency service - After 5.00pm and at weekends.
Occupational Therapy service - Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 4.30pm.

THE WHEELCHAIRWATCH FORUMS OF THE EAST SUSSEX WHEELCHAIR SERVICE USER GROUP
The WheelchairWatch Forums are hosted by the EAST SUSSEX WHEELCHAIR SERVICE USER GROUP and are open to all wheelchair users,their carers,families and health professionals and for simplicity all these categories are called "users"

To be able to participate by posting it is necessary to register by clicking the link at the top right of the page and completing the registration form.

Users resident or working in East Susssex are part of the East Sussex User Community and entitled to free membership of the East Sussex Wheelchair Service User Group. To claim membership it is necessary to complete the address field when registering on the forum or to contact the Membership Secretary at sjrose20@hotmail.com. Members of the Group have access to the forums where polls and surveys are held.
